Abstract submission

HLMC2026 is the 2nd Healthy Longevity & Medicine Conference, building on the inaugural meeting held at the National University of Singapore in 2025. This year it comes to Tokyo (Juntendo University, 18–20 November 2026) as a hybrid conference under the theme "Quantifying Aging: AI and Aging Clocks in Precision Health". Across academic sessions, an industry partnership programme, and young-scientist sessions, we welcome work in geroscience, clinical longevity, regenerative medicine, and precision health.

Abstract Submission

General submissions are presented as either an oral or a poster and are automatically considered for an award in that format — General Oral or General Poster.

Early-career applicants (students, postdocs, and assistant professors) present as posters and compete for the Early-career Poster award. If they opt in for an oral presentation, they are considered for both the Early-career Poster award and, alongside general submissions, the General Oral Awards. .

How your submission is handled & privacy

Acceptance for presentation is determined after review of your abstract, and the decision will be communicated to you by email. Notification of acceptance and the assigned presentation format will be sent in August 2026, and accepted abstracts are scheduled to be published in the online abstract book.
